The Edison at Primera
The Edison at Primera was planned as a corporate campus consisting of a two-story, 110,000 SF Class A office building and a 5,000 SF amenity clubhouse. A second 110,000 SF office building is planned as a second phase for a total area of 225,000 SF. The office building was designed in two wings linked by an atrium, which allows for flexible, core-free floor office space.

The architectural style is defined as a modern, industrial feel that showcases exposed concrete walls on interior and exterior, polished concrete floors, and exposed steel structural members. The clubhouse contains a catering kitchen, conference room, fitness center, and large gathering space that features glass garage doors that open to a shaded porch. This porch overlooks a lawn at the center of the campus that also contains outdoor conference areas.

The structure utilizes tilt-up concrete panels at the office areas and a glass curtainwall system at the atrium to maximize transparency to the exterior.
