Terri Merrill is an Associate and the firm’s office manager. She has more than 25 years of business management experience, most of which stems from her commercial development and commercial mortgage finance background. When Terri is not overseeing the office management day to day operations, she loves deep sea fishing and traveling with her family. She lives in Greater Orlando with her four children, three dogs, and two cats.
