Steve Belflower, AIA, LEED AP
President
Steve Belflower is President of HuntonBrady Architects and represents the fifth generation of ownership of the firm’s 76-year history. He joined the firm in 1994 and has managed commercial, education, and healthcare projects representing millions of square feet. His experience with developers has led him to great opportunities for speculative and build-to-suit commercial office projects. Notable projects include NASA’s new headquarters and data center buildings at Kennedy Space Center, over two million square feet of office space for Flagler Development, the Doral City Hall, Maitland Summit III, Lockheed Martin’s Research and Development Office, and the Truist Plaza at Church Street Station. Steve is an active member of our community and serves on several boards. He graduated from the University of Florida with Masters degrees in both architecture and building construction. Steve is an active member of our community, and on the weekends you can find him cruising around in his Jeep with his family.Â
