Karen Moorefield is an Associate and the Director of Corporate Development at the firm. Her 30+ years in the architectural industry have served her well in her position. Her expertise includes a partnership at a previous firm, project administration, business development, and firm administration. Since 2000, Karen has overseen and implemented all of the firms' human resources policies, programs, and practices, and she stays engaged by assisting with marketing and business development pursuits.  

She is active in industry related organizations, which supports the firm's growth goals. One of Karen’s notable accomplishments was being recognized as the first recipient of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Orlando's Outstanding Achievement Award, which recognizes an individual who has greatly contributed leadership to the organization for numerous years.  

​Karen believes in mentoring at every level and enhancing the firm’s culture with dedicated wellness and associate committees. Karen is an unabashed dog lover who supports the community’s pet rescue charities, and is a collector of art in many forms.
