Chris Nemethy, AIA

Chris Nemethy is an Associate and Project Manager with HuntonBrady Architects. He has over 34 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on commercial and healthcare services. His clients are located throughout Central Florida and include Tavistock, AdventHealth, Orlando Health, MedVest, University of Central Florida – College of Medicine, Meadows & Ohly, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, and HCA Healthcare. Notable project experience includes the Lakeland Regional Health Grasslands Medical Office Building, Lake Nona Gateway Office Building, Red Lobster Headquarters, and Emeril Lagasse Foundation Kitchen House and Culinary Garden.
Chris is currently co-chair of the Board of Directors for Freedom Ride, Inc., an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults with disabilities through therapeutic horseback riding. He also served as past secretary for the AIA Orlando Chapter. Chris is a season ticket holder for the Broadway Series at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, and in his free time enjoys playing volleyball and tennis, running, and spending time with his partner. They are currently designing and building their new home in College Park.
