Red Lobster emerged from parent company Darden to become an entirely independent company. Red Lobster’s corporate headquarters and culinary development center relocated to three and a half floors in a showcase office building in downtown Orlando. HuntonBrady imbued the space with a modern-nautical aesthetic, which was realized through color, texture, and form. 

Located on the ground floor, the culinary development center features a state-of-the-art kitchen, tasting room, training and conference center, and staff areas. 

The above three floors are occupied by Red Lobster and organized by function and department. This revealed the opportunity to differentiate the identities of each floor in tandem with their corporate motto “great people – great seafood – great results.”
