The AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway Campus consists of a new 100-bed, four-story, 152,500 square foot hospital and adjacent 30,000 square foot medical office building, providing cost-effective healthcare services to the residents of Flagler County.

Within a densely populated and busy community, this compact 10-acre site was chosen for a second hospital instead of expanding the existing Palm Coast Hospital. Located between the east and west-bound lanes of Palm Coast Parkway, the campus is easy and safe to access, with ample parking and clear wayfinding built organically into the site.

Utilizing prototype design and tilt-wall construction, the public face of the building is a dramatic semi circular form that embraces and welcomes patients, visitors, and caregivers upon arrival. The opposite face is panoramically convex. The architecture draws in natural light and creates an ecology that enhances health and wellness.
