HuntonBrady worked with Ryan Young and Falling Pear Studios to create a short video showcasing our office building in Downtown Orlando.
Anchoring a prominent corner leading into Downtown Orlando, the 25-story mixed-use Truist Plaza becomes a gateway to the City and makes a statement in the ever-changing skyline. A high-performance curtainwall addresses the nearby I4 traffic and solar exposure, all while optimizing views and natural light coming into the building. The use of an inspired railroad language and raw building materials inform the interiors. The building includes office space, the AC Marriott Hotel, Foxtail Coffee, parking garage, and amenities such as the popular Sky Bar and a Sunrail platform.
