Palmer College of Chiropractic is a 32,000 SF addition to the existing college campus in Port Orange, Florida. The building consists of classrooms, lecture halls, labs, offices, dean’s suite, break room, and communal workspaces. The building was also built with shell space to allow for future classroom expansions. This addition is located next to the Student Center, which HuntonBrady Architects previously completed for the college in 2012.
 
The campus is planned around a linear water feature that also serves as a retention area. It provides an ideal setting for tranquil activities, wellness and outdoor collaborative activities. Completed in association with Studio 483 Architects.
