This 35,000 SF build-out occupies the second and third floors of a recently completed four-story office building in South Orlando. The client’s vision was to create a modern space that would accommodate 150 people and provide flexibility for a 20% increase in future growth.
 

A spacious informal lounge serves as an alternative work area and collaboration space. The office is lined with private phone rooms used for focused work and personal conversations. Wayfinding throughout the office space is directed by custom colored carpet with bands of color. The abundance of natural light is managed with electro-chromatic glass, so no blinds are needed.

The café is a warm and welcoming space that accommodates a large number of employees without seeming cluttered. Keeping the employees’ health and well-being in mind, we designed a wellness room to provide respite and comfort, as well as gender-neutral restrooms.
