The 125,944 SF project includes a four-story patient tower with a capacity for 144 private neurology, cardiac, and orthopedic patient rooms. HuntonBrady also designed a new 352 space parking garage integrated with an essential central energy plant expansion and renovated the existing hospital’s entrance and lobby.

The prominent location and scale of the building provide a modern and welcoming new front entrance, and heightens the brand identity for the facility. The medical center’s first floor houses outpatient clinics and allows the hospital lab to double in size. Patient rooms in the existing facility were converted from semi-private to private.
