This signature building on Valencia’s Osceola Campus is an interdisciplinary facility that inspires students, faculty and staff. Its architecture extends the campus’ mission-inspired palette, yet is modern in both spirit and technological advancements.

The building is organized around a dramatic, four-story rotunda atrium with an open monumental stair, which serves as a central focal point and captures views to the expansive campus mall beyond.

Building 4 is a 4-story, 150,000 SF building housing a new library, cafeteria, faculty suite, classrooms, science labs, bookstore, academic support center, multipurpose room, and the University of Central Florida regional campus office. The interior courtyard is designed to include outdoor instruction areas with opportunities for students gathering.
