Susan Pendergraft, AIA, LEED AP
Susan Pendergraft is a Project Manager with over 20 years of architectural design experience in education, healthcare, commercial office and special projects. Recent projects include Central Florida Community College, Citrus Instructional & Conference Center; Seminole State College, Renovation to Buildings L & F; Orange County Public Schools, Killarney Elementary School; Orange County Public Schools Chickasaw Elementary School, and Renovation of the Catholic Charities Central Florida Service Center in Orlando. She is a LEED accredited professional with the U.S. Green Building Council and has served as both project manager and LEED administrator for new sustainable design projects. She graduated with a bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Phillip Randall, RA, is a skilled construction administrator for HuntonBrady’s education, healthcare and commercial projects, including Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and Hillsborough Community College Student Services Building at Ybor City. He is a critical component of the project team and serves as HuntonBrady’s liaison with clients, owners and contractors during a project’s construction phase. Phil received his bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana and has over 31 years of experience in the design industry.
Christine Scott serves as the firm’s Marketing Director with overall responsibility for marketing, business development and sales strategies of the firm’s core markets, especially educational design. Over 30 years of experience as a teacher and in business development for the A/E/C industry gives her insight into the unique needs of public and private K-12 schools, community colleges and universities. As a former member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services, she was recognized with a 2012 National Marketing Communications Award, 1st Place Internal Communication.
Debra Lemons, AIA, IIDA
Director of Interior Design
Debra Lemons is a veteran interior designer and architect with over 20 years of experience who leads our growing corporate interiors practice as Director of Interior Design. She brings a wealth of diverse experience in hospitality, resort, themed leisure, healthcare and commercial projects. Her project experience includes Red Lobster Headquarters, Lakeland Regional Health’s Cancer Center, Symantec, Floridia Hospital Waterman, Westin St. John Resort, and Wyndham Margaritaville Resort. Debra is a member of the American Institute of Architects, International Interior Design Association and Network of Executive Women in Hospitality. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and a Master of Architecture from Texas Tech University.
